Welcome to David's Christian Learning Center (DCLC), a daycare and preschool serving Columbia Heights, MN and the surrounding areas. DCLC is a licensed day care, preschool and, Christian outreach program of St. Matthew Lutheran Church located northeast of Minneapolis in the city of Columbia Heights, Minnesota.
